1 cup pancake mix, such as Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
oil, for frying
12 to 16 frozen Kineret Cookie Dough balls
confectioners’ sugar, to garnish
chocolate sauce or caramel sauce, to garnish
In a bowl, combine all batter ingredients. Set aside.
In a small pot, heat two inches of oil.
Once oil is hot, coat frozen cookie dough balls in the prepared batter. Fry for 30 seconds, until golden. Place on paper towels to drain.
To serve, sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce or caramel sauce.
