200 grams ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Truffle Ketchup
1 teaspoon fish-free Worcestershire sauce, such as Tonneli
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of garlic powder
2 eggs
6 pieces of rice paper
sesame seeds or everything spice, to garnish
Dice the onion and sauté for a few minutes. Add in the ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Let the meat mixture cook through.
Dip three pieces of rice paper in beaten egg (I used the small ones, but if you use the full sized ones you will just have a bigger boreka).
On a piece of parchment paper, lay them down in a row, slightly overlapping. Add half of the meat mixture in a strip down the middle of all three rice papers, the long way. Use the parchment paper to roll up the wrappers the short way to achieve a long, thin rope. Then, roll it up into a spiral shape. (See the video for a demonstration.) Repeat with the remaining rice paper and ground beef mixture.
Top with sesame seeds or everything spice and air fry on 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

If we can not find rice paper, can we use Phyllo Dough? Would that work as well?
It won’t be exactly the same but should be a similar substitute.
