Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen fruit (see note)

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup

Directions

Prepare the Popsicles

1.

Blend all ingredients in high power blender until ice cream consistency is achieved. Pour into popsicle molds.

2.

If layering, repeat with remaining flavors.

3.

Freeze for at least six hours.

Variation:

These can be made with layers as pictured by blending the following ingredients four separate times with 1/2 cup different frozen fruit: two tablespons Greek yogurt, one tablespoon maple syrup, one tablespoon whole milk, drop of vanilla. I used 1/2 cup each strawberries, pineapple & peach blend, blueberries and kiwi.

Alternatively, if you don’t have a popsicle mold, just enjoy as a delicious frozen yogurt and eat right away.
