Ingredients

Fruit and Pound Cake Kabobs

  • 1 store-bought (or homemade) parve pound cake

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 4 peaches

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted

Directions

1.

Cut pound cake and pineapple into one-and-a-half-inch cubes. Slice peaches into quarters and remove the pits.

2.

Thread fruit and cake onto skewers, and brush with melted margarine.

3.

Heat grill on high, then grill skewers for two to three minutes on each side.
