This is an easy, fun, and elegant skewer idea for a grilled dessert. The warm fruit and cake taste even more delicious when served with ice cream.
1 store-bought (or homemade) parve pound cake
1/2 pineapple
4 peaches
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
Cut pound cake and pineapple into one-and-a-half-inch cubes. Slice peaches into quarters and remove the pits.
Thread fruit and cake onto skewers, and brush with melted margarine.
Heat grill on high, then grill skewers for two to three minutes on each side.
