These are so simple, yet so pretty and delicious! Try it, the results will speak for themselves. You can customize the fruit to your liking.

Ingredients

Fruity Choco Clusters

  • 2 bars good-quality dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies

  • 1 kiwi

  • 2 strawberries, diced (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small orange, diced into tiny segments

  • pomegranate seeds

Variations

  • fresh pineapple

  • mango

  • gooseberries

  • blueberries

Directions

1.

Prep all the fruit you will be using. Do this first so the chocolate won’t harden.

2.

Carefully melt chocolate. Add Rice Krispies and mix well.

3.

Using a metal spoon, drop spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. Some fruit can be pressed in and some displayed on the top.

4.

Keep refrigerated until using.
