Diets A slightly different, very berry fruit soup.
3 tablespoons (heaping) Gefen Cornstarch
4 cups orange juice
3-4 cloves (optional)
1 package frozen strawberries
2 cups (or to taste) assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, grapes, mangos, etc.), washed and diced
Dissolve cornstarch in half a cup orange juice. Pour into pot with rest of orange juice and boil until juice thickens. Add cloves, if desired.
Remove from flame. Add frozen strawberries and mix well.
Cool soup and then mix in assorted fresh fruit. Serve chilled.
