You have got to try these delicious fudgy brownies that are that are absolutely heaven. You’ll want to make sure to use Gefen coconut spray to stop the cake from sticking to the pan. It’s completely gluten-free and perfect for Pesach. And it’s a one-bowl wonder!
5 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups white sugar
1 and 1/4 cups Tonnelli Avocado Oil
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Almond Flour
1/4 cup orange juice
1 and 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder, such as Gefen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup confectionary sugar, such as Gefen
2 tablespoons orange juice (I used Tropicana; you can add a few more small drops at a time if it’s too thick)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a pan with Gefen Coconut Spray. You can use an eight-inch square pan or a 9 x 13-inch. (I used aluminum.)
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and orange juice. Mix in almond flour and cocoa.
Pour batter into your prepared greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired. For a 9 x 13, bake for 25 minutes. Bake an eight-inch pan for 50 minutes.
If using the orange glaze, top the brownies with it when they are completely cooled.
