This garbanzo blend on whole wheat wrap makes the perfect lunch on the go or something to eat quick that will keep you satisfied with full of protein and fiber! Great for people watching their weight or need a light snack.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • Garbanzo beans/chickpeas (cooked or canned)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

  • lemon squeeze

  • WW wrap

  • Arugula

Directions

Prepare the Wraps

1.

Blend chickpeas with salt, pepper, oil, and lemon. Should be thick consistency.

2.

Spread on wrap and put arugula on top or anything else you like. Wrap and enjoy!
