2 marrow bones
oil to cover
3 heads of garlic, peeled
Preheat oven to 180c/350f.
Lay everything on a roasting pan, add oil to cover the garlic. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
