Garlic-Dill Lettuce Salad


Garlic and dill … mmmm … on any chef’s “favorites” list.


Prepare the Salad

1. Sauté 3/4 cup slivered almonds with four cloves garlic in one tablespoon oil. Set aside. Place lettuce in a salad bowl.
2. For dressing, in a separate bowl, blend lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, oil, and dill.
3. Pour dressing over lettuce and garnish with almond and garlic slices.
