Garlic Potatoes

Start Cooking

Prepare the Garlic Dill Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise and toss with olive oil and spices. Place each wedge onto a parchment lined baking sheet, cut side down.

  3. Roast until the potatoes are tender and crisp, 30-45 minutes.

  4. While hot, remove the potatoes to a bowl. Add the garlic and dill, then cover the bowl and let steam for five minutes. Uncover and serve.

I GOT IT! I am editing what I wrote, since I see below it was mentioned. The lady of the house may be too busy to read reviews at this time, or I am SURE she would have tweaked the recipe above...but as I said "I GOT IT". Until E.W> corrects it, here are the MISSING INGREDIENTS and amounts: 1) A MESS OF GARLIC 2) A WHOLE LOTTA DILL Easy Peasie 5 stars because I KNOW this was an oversight.,..no talking on the phone when shooting m'am!
