Like garlic knots? You’ll love this twist on that familiar seasoning blend. So good, so simple, and so flavorful.
32 ounces Beleaves Frozen French Fries (or your favorite shape)
2 tablespoons butter (for pareve, use Gefen Canola Oil)
7 cloves garlic, crushed or 7 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Cook French fries according to package instructions, or if you like, deep fry them.
In a skillet, melt butter (or heat oil) and sauté garlic about four minutes, until lightly browned.
Turn off the flame, add salt and prepared fries, and toss to coat. (This can also be done in a bowl or zip-top bag.)
Garnish with parsley, if using, and serve.
