I find that mini pizzas of any kind are always a winner. Add sophistication to this party favorite! Yield: 25 mini pizzas
5 laffas
3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
8 cubes Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
1/4 cup oil
1 onion, diced
8 chicken cutlets, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Haddar Teriyaki
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Using a large circle shape, cut out five circles from the laffa bread.
Place mayonnaise and garlic in a small mixing bowl and mix well. Spread over laffas and bake for 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
Heat up oil in a large skillet. Fry onion for seven minutes or until soft, then fry chicken until cooked through. Stir in the teriyaki over low flame.
Remove laffas from oven. Spread chicken mixture over and bake for another 20 minutes.

Hi, would this work as a Friday night dish? Or would need to be eaten very fresh?
For sure it would work as a Friday night dish! Plus, I love serving ‘not the typical’ Shabbat foods on Shabbat. It keeps things interesting 🙂
First of all, I want to thank you for all your replies, they are so quick and helpful!
Totally agree about keeping things interesting, but more in terms of warming up? Will it not get soggy if not eaten straight out the oven? And how to warm them up without making the laffa toast??
