Classic pizza will always have its place, but this white pizza is a delicious change of pace that’s bound to become a favorite. A drizzle of olive oil, plenty of garlic, melted cheese, earthy mushrooms, and sweet onions come together for a pizza that’s rich, comforting, and always one of the first to disappear.

Directions

Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, honey, and yeast.

  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. Knead gently for two to three minutes, just until smooth.

  4. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes, until puffy.

Oven Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Divide dough in half and press into two pizza pans or one large sheet pan.

  3. Brush dough with olive oil and top with garlic.

  4. Top with cheese, mushrooms, and onion.

  5. Bake for 12–18 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

  1. Heat the pizza maker. Spray the pizza maker with cooking spray.

  2. Divide the dough in half.

  3. Press the dough into the pizza maker, stretching it to the edges.

  4. Close the lid and cook for three minutes.

  5. Open and brush the dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic.

  6. Top with cheese, mushrooms, and onion.

  7. Close the lid and cook for an additional eight minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

  9. Repeat with the remaining dough.
