Having this classic garlic sauce in your back pocket will enhance so many of your meals. Serve with steak, fried chicken, falafel, french fries, rice and take your cooking to the next level.
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons Mishpacha Flour
1 and 1/2 cups parve chicken broth or 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 and 1/2 cups water
1 and 1/2 cups water
pinch of sugar
Saute garlic in oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add flour and stir until golden in color.
Add chicken broth or bouillon cube mixture. Stir until smooth.
Add one and 1/2 cups of water with the sugar.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
