Directions

Prepare the Garlicky Dark Chicken Cutlets

1. Place all ingredients besides chicken in a disposable grill pan (a shallow foil pan with ridges on the bottom), and mix to create a paste.
2. Place chicken on top and spread the paste over chicken, fully coating it.
3. Broil chicken in oven on high for eight minutes on each side.
