Diets I love the flavor of fresh onion and garlic. This chicken is a real winner when you’re short on time and need dinner ready in a jiffy.
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of Pereg Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
1 small onion, grated
5 cloves garlic, crushed or 5 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds dark chicken cutlets (or about 4 pieces)
Place all ingredients besides chicken in a disposable grill pan (a shallow foil pan with ridges on the bottom), and mix to create a paste.
Place chicken on top and spread the paste over chicken, fully coating it.
Broil chicken in oven on high for eight minutes on each side.

Eh. The onions just tasted like raw onions and there wasn’t much flavor. Also, there would be no way to flip this and how exactly do you make a paste in the grooves of a grill pan? My advice? Try a different recipe here on https://www.kosher.com 🙂
