Crisp and flavorful, green beans make the perfect accompaniment to any dish, pairing beautifully with both fish and chicken.
1 16-ounce (450-gram) bag frozen green beans
1 tablespoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
Gefen Sesame Seeds, for sprinkling
salt, to taste
Fill a medium-size pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for five minutes, ensuring they remain crisp and vibrant. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt the cooking process.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for one minute. Add the green beans, tossing gently to coat. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and salt to taste.
