Meatloaf is a family favorite for a reason! This recipe has that classic sweet profile that really appeals to kids.
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, except topping ingredients.
2. Form mixture into an eight-inch loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes.
3. Combine 1/4 cup ketchup and two tablespoons pancake syrup; spread over top of meat loaf and bake 10 minutes longer. Allow meat loaf to stand for five minutes before slicing.
