2 cups roasted cashews (or any nut)
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2–3 tablespoons cold water
Line a baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, blend dates, cashews, cocoa powder, salt, coconut, vanilla, and water until a smooth mixture forms.
Scoop into the prepared dish and press into an even layer about half an inch high.
Freeze for two hours. Lifting by the edges of the parchment paper, remove from the dish and cut into small squares. Store in the freezer until ready to use.
