Sometimes all you want is a brownie, but you don’t have the patience or time to get out a mixing bowl and wait the baking time… so these no-bake brownies are the perfect quick fix for you! They’re no-bake, gluten free brownie bites that take minutes of prep. Feel free to double, triple or quadruple this recipe, so that your family can have a taste of this deliciousness too!
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter, such as Gefen
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 to 4 tablespoons oat flour
1/3 cup Gefen Almond Flour (add more if needed)
dash of salt
Mix the nut butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder.
Add in the almond flour and salt.
Mix in until you get a cookie batter consistency. Add more flour if needed.
Form the batter into a rectangle, cut into square bites and top with chocolate chips.
It tastes best when it chills for 10 to 15 minutes.
