Diets These Double Chocolate Brownie Bites are so easy to make, and yummy to eat! Moist and delicious, these can be made a little “healthier” using Truvia, and white spelt flour. Whip up these adorable brownie bites in no time for a quick homemade snack! Yields approximately 6 dozen Brownie Bites.
1 cup Truvia (or granulated sugar)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup Gefen Canola Oil
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Almond Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Shibolim White Spelt Flour (or regular all-purpose flour)
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips (can be regular or mini, or a mix of both)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray silicone mini muffin tray with non-stick spray.
Mix ingredients well in a medium sized mixing bowl, or in a food processor using the blade. Mix in chocolate chips, reserving a handful to sprinkle on top.
Using a small cookie scoop, or a tablespoon, fill the mini muffin holder almost until the top. Bake for 15 minutes.

Light and airy with a nice moist crumb!
100%! Baked good recipes that call for spelt flour are usually delicious and lighter than you’d expect.
