They can be made in a variety of flavors, depending on your palate preferences! Yields 1 dozen small pancakes
1/2 cup Gefen Almond Flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Pure Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons Gefen Almond Butter (optional)
1 tablespoon Health Garden Agave Syrup
1 tablespoon Gefen Unsweetened Cocoa
frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon vanilla coconut yogurt
Combine the ingredients together and mix well.
Rub a medium frying pan with oil and heat over a medium-low flame. Add the batter to pan by the tablespoon, and fry for 3 minutes on the first side.
Flip and fry 1 and 1/2 minutes on the second side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm or at room temperature, drizzled with agave syrup.
