Fresh salmon brushed with a sweet and tangy Dijon glaze, topped with a golden lemon-herb panko crust, and baked until perfectly flaky.
6 salmon fillets or 1 side of salmon
2 tablespoons Dijon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill (3/4 teaspoon dry)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (2 teaspoons dry)
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
Mix the Dijon brown sugar and spices in a bowl brush over salmon.
Mix panko herb mixture together and sprinkle on top. The mixture should be fully coated and “wet”.
Place the crumbs on top of the brushed salmon.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes on 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
