The combination of lemon and herbs is the perfect topping on top of salmon!
1 large salmon fillet
5 teaspoons fresh dill or 5 cubes Gefen Frozen Dill
1 tablespoon Gefen Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 lemons, thinly sliced
Mix together the dill, lemon juice, olive oil, mayo, and salt.
Spray a baking sheet, place the fillet on the baking sheet and spread the sauce over the salmon. Top with the sliced lemons.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.

Excellent easy salmon. If you dont like a strong lemon taste go easy on the lemon.
