This flavorful lemony salmon recipe, baked to flaky perfection, makes a delicious protein-packed dish for your menu!
3 slices salmon fillets
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
2 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Place the salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients.
Pour the glaze over the salmon slices and top with sliced lemons.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
