Sauté onion with salt, flour and pepper. Add mushrooms. Keep on the fire until soft.
When both onions and mushrooms are sauteed, add water and wine, then let simmer for 20 minutes. Keep warmed.
Create sandwiches with cheese spread in the middle.
Butter pan on medium flame and place sandwich down on pan.
Keep on until cheese begins to melt. Then flip to the other side.
Keep until golden brown on both sides and cheese is fully melted.
Spoon mushroom sauce over grilled cheese sandwich.
