Grandma’s Stuffed Cabbage



Prepare the Meat

1. Sauté the onion until translucent.
2. Mix the onion in the chopped meat.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Put a little bit of oats on the meat mixture.

Prepare the Cabbage

1. Boil the cabbage.
2. Wait until it cools and then take off the leaves.
3. Put the meat in the leaf and roll it.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Sauce

1. Put the leaves in the sauce.
2. Add the barley and the bones.
3. Cook it on slow for two or three hours.
