Diets Smoothie are great, but smoothies in a bowl are even better! Eat it for breakfast to start your day right or eat it for lunch for a great midday pick-me-up!
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup mango, diced
milk, enough for smoothie to be desired consistency
blueberries
Gefen Granola Cereal (any flavor)
frozen strawberries
flax seed
In a smoothie blender, combine banana, mango, and milk. Add just a few tablespoons of milk to start, and add more if needed until smoothie is your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with listed toppings, including the granola.
