Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup mango, diced

  • milk, enough for smoothie to be desired consistency

Toppings

  • frozen strawberries

  • flax seed

Directions

Create Smoothie

In a smoothie blender, combine banana, mango, and milk. Add just a few tablespoons of milk to start, and add more if needed until smoothie is your desired consistency.

Smoothie Bowl

Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with listed toppings, including the granola.
