Diets Homemade sorbet is not complicated to prepare. This grape juice sorbet is tart and fruity. The banana adds body to the mixture.
2 cupsĀ Kedem Grape Juice
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1/4 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 banana, mashed
Bring all ingredients to a boil.
Freeze overnight.
Partially thaw and blend well.
Pour into individual serving cups or plates and freeze.

Banana substitute? This recipe looks great! We love grape juice but can I skip the banana or substitute with something else? Wouldnāt want that taste in it.
It might come out more like ices than sorbet.
I would try to use grape juice and orange instead of banana, so it is still a sorbet.
Easy! I was skeptical about the banana, but I don’t even taste it. I think it adds to the consistency. Great!
