Ingredients

Grapefruit Lime Sorbet Pops

  • 4 and 1/2 cups water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 2 and 1/2 cups fresh pink grapefruit juice (from 4–5 grapefruits)

Directions

1.

In a pot, bring the water and sugar to a rolling boil. Keep it bubbling for a full three minutes, then turn off the heat and stir in the grapefruit juice and lime juice.

2.

Pour into a 9×13-inch dish or any container with a wide base and freeze for 12–24 hours.

3.

Break into pieces and blend in a food processor fitted with the S blade on high speed until very slushy, three to five minutes.

4.

Fill the molds and freeze for 24 hours before serving.
