1 seeded, chopped cucumber
1 segmented, chopped grapefruit
1 small chopped red onion
1 minced jalapeƱo (remove seeds for a milder taste)
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
