Ingredients

Grated Tomato over Burrata

  • 1 in-season tomato, frozen for at least 4 hours

  • 2 burrata

  • good-quality olive oil

  • salt, to taste

Directions

1.

Tear your burrata open to expose the center.

2.

Grate your frozen tomato over the burrata to create a mound of frozen tomato shavings. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste.

3.

Top with Bowery basil and enjoy.
