1/2 pound linguine
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup Ta’amti Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Gefen Sliced Black Olives (optional)
Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, place diced peppers on a baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil. Broil on high for 12–14 minutes.
Just before serving, combine pasta with the peppers, feta cheese, oil, spices, and olives. Serve at room temperature.
