Diets These are too easy and too adorable not to make. You can customize the toppings as you wish. We tried it with Everything spice and absolutely loved it!
6 slices rye or white bread
6 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 cube Gefen Frozen Parsley
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Gefen Marinara Sauce, for serving (optional)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread. Place one tablespoon mozzarella cheese in the center of each slice. Bring the corners of the bread together and seal the edges to form a tight ball.
Mix together seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Spray each bread ball with cooking spray or oil and brush with the spice mixture.
Place each ball in a muffin tin with another muffin tin on top of it. Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the cheese in the center is fully melted and oozing. If desired, serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
