This dish is very classy and up-to-date. Perfect for a light hot-weather dinner or as an appetizer for special occasions.
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Garlic Powder
5 chicken breast halves, cut into 1×3-inch strips
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 package lettuce
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Remove two tablespoons of this mixture and place in the refrigerator.
Marinate chicken in the rest of the mixture, preferably overnight.
Grill chicken strips (can use Foreman type grill) until cooked through.
Add sugar and mayonnaise to reserved marinade. This becomes the salad dressing.
To serve, arrange lettuce on each plate. Place some grilled chicken strips onto the lettuce. Drizzle dressing over each serving.
