4 large, skinless fillets trout or sea bream
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Smoked Paprika or sweet paprika
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
Cut each fish fillet in half lengthwise.
Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and spread over the fish.
Roll up each piece jelly-roll style and close with a toothpick. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Remove the fish rolls from the oven and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and maple syrup. Return to the oven and bake for three more minutes.
