An original take on fish … try it on your barbecue, using a fish grate made for the barbecue. Mmmm … good!
1/4 cup Haddar Dijon-Style Mustard
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 teaspoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
6 halibut steaks
salt
vegetables, for skewering (peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc.)
black pepper
Whisk together mustard, melted butter or margarine, honey, and lemon juice.
Cut halibut into one-inch chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables.
Season assembled skewers with salt and pepper; then brush both all sides with the honey-mustard mixture.
Broil for 10–15 minutes, or until vegetables are slightly charred.
