As soon as you see the ingredients of this recipe, you'll start pulling the ingredients out of your pantry! Who doesn't love breaded chicken in a sweet sauce? Serve with rice and veggies as either an appetizer or main course. If serving a crowd, you may want to make double as it may not make it to the meal, it's THAT good!

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Place chicken nuggets on a large flat plate and mix the mayonnaise into the chicken. Place the panko crumbs on a second plate, and dip the mayonnaise- coated chicken into the crumbs. Place in a nine x 13-inch baking pan.

  3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine pineapple tidbits (with the juice), brown sugar, chili sauce, garlic, and soy sauce. Mix and pour over chicken. Cover again. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
