Donut wait til breakfast, enjoy, and happy Chanukah!
1 and 1/2 cups oat flour
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add them to the dry ingredients.
Mix well. The texture shouldn’t be too liquidy. If needed, add more flour to make it firmer.
Place your batter into a plastic bag and cut the tip. Make small circles (around two inches in diameter) on parchment paper.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes and let the donuts cool afterward.
Optional: dip the donuts into frosting/melted chocolate and add some sprinkles on top.
