Healthier No-Bake Snicker Bars

If you’re a fan of Snickers but want a healthier option, you’re going to love these no-bake Snicker Bars! They’re packed with nutrients, protein, and taste so delicious.

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Almond Butter

  • 1/2 cup date paste/blended soaked dates

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Caramel

Chocolate

  • peanuts, for topping

Directions

1.

Mix the base ingredients. Flatten and form into the base.

2.

Mix the caramel ingredients and spread it on top of the chocolate base.

3.

Melt together the chocolate and coconut oil. Top the base with peanuts and drizzle melted chocolate.

4.

Freeze for 15 minutes.

5.

Slice up and enjoy!
