Diets These cookies will delight peanut butter lovers with their soft and chewy texture.
1 stick margarine or 1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1/4 cup organic sugar
3/4 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup Shibolim Spelt Flour
1 and 1/2 cups instant/quick oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a Bosch bowl, beat the margarine or oil along with peanut butter and sugars until the mixture is creamy.
Add in the eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix until just combined.
Scoop the cookie dough into round balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
