Makes 20 fudge cubes
2 bars dark chocolate, melted
10 Medjool dates, pitted and checked
1/2 cup Gefen Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons cacao powder
Combine main ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a shallow dish or spread straight onto Gefen Parchment Paper and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.
If adding chocolate coating, once the fudge has been in the fridge for 30 minutes, mix all the coating ingredients together.
Smooth coating over fudge and place back in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes.
Store in a cool place or in the fridge.
