Healthy Crunch Bars (Dates Stuffed with Crisp Rice Cereal)


Gluten free, dairy free, and only five ingredients!


1. Mix together peanut butter and crispy rice cereal. It should feel like the peanut butter is holding the cereal together.
2. Stuff the dates with the peanut butter mixture.
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle on top of the dates.
4. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes, or until chocolate is hard.
