These muffins were delicious! So soft and moist! I subbed apple sauce for the apple butter flaxseed meal for the oat bran and chocolate chips in place of the cherries.
10/10!
Can I use applesauce instead of apple butter?
Apple butter is essentially concentrated apple sauce, so it should be ok.
OMG delicious! Can’t believe how good these came out! N so easy to make! thanks for the recipe:) I even substituted agave for honey and dried cherries for dried cranberries and still tasted yum!
