This is a great “welcome home from school” snack for kids! No mixer necessary!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups oat bran (use gluten-free if needed)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons  Haddar Baking Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup skim or low-fat milk or substitute

Directions

Make the Muffins

1.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, by hand, until just combined.

3.

Pour batter into muffin cups. 

4.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 12–15 minutes.

They are DELICIOUS and don’t even taste healthy! I used regular oats and halved everything besides the blueberries and they are yum! Just not sure why they still taste raw after baking for half hour ;(.

They are DELICOUS and don’t taste healthy! I halved the recipe and used regular oats, it came out perfect! I’m not sure why its been baking for over 25 minutes and still tasted raw.
