This healthy smoothie recipe features avocado, dates, spinach, bananas, chia seeds, and a big twist – freeze it in popsicle molds to make it a real kid-friendly treat. 

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 chunks frozen spinach

  • handful of walnuts

  • handful of almonds

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries

  • 2 dates

  • 1 chunk banana

  • 2 chunks mango

  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds, presoaked in water

  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored pea protein

Directions

Prepare the Popsicles

Blend well in a blender.

Freeze in ice pop molds.
