This healthy smoothie recipe features avocado, dates, spinach, bananas, chia seeds, and a big twist – freeze it in popsicle molds to make it a real kid-friendly treat.
1 and 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1/2 avocado
2 chunks frozen spinach
handful of walnuts
handful of almonds
1 cup filtered water
2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
2 dates
1 chunk banana
2 chunks mango
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds, presoaked in water
1 scoop vanilla flavored pea protein
Blend well in a blender.
Freeze in ice pop molds.
