Hearts of Palm Dip

You love them in salad, but have you tried hearts of palm as a dip? This simple recipe is briny and garlicky.

Ingredients

Hearts of Palm Dip

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Rorie’s Creamy Dressing

Rorie's Creamy Dressing

  • 2 eggs, at room temperature

  • 2 cups avocado oil or Gefen Olive Oil (olive oil has a very strong taste)

  • 1/4 cup Tonnelli Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons salt (or more to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water

Directions

Prepare the Hearts of Palm Dip

1.

Pulse hearts of palm (without extra liquid) in a food processor until it’s cut into chunks.

Season with garlic salt and combine with dressing.

3.

Continue to process until you reach desired texture. Some people like this more chunky and others more creamy.
