Make the Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients in a five- and- a- half-quart pot. Fill three-quarters with water. Bring to a boil and let simmer on lowered flame for an hour. Enjoy!!!
Note:

If you don't want to use dill and parsley, for reasons of kashrut, you can substitute dried oregano and thyme. The results will be the same.
